The projector illuminated a 12-meter vertical screen in the church of St. Agnes for the first time in the fall of 2016. We had to do miracles to get enough vertical films to fill the 90 minutes of the show. The jury was chaired by one of the famous Star Wars saga producers, Rick McCallum. He sent us to the stars.
In the last year in 2021, we received more than 300 and screened over 100 films in the online version. We have many creators who come back to us repeatedly. We introduced the Meet The Director section, thanks to which a number of creators could get to know each other and thus enabled the creation of a number of new projects.
One of these projects is also the Vertifilms festivals, which take place under the name or in cooperation with this brand in a number of places around the world. The first is Vertifilms Mexico, which will take place in August 2022. The other is the vertical section of the MINA festival in Melbourne. And in the future, we are planning a number of events around the world.
